ADDITIVE NS is a solvent-based titanium chelate crosslinking agent that provides greater ink adhesion and increased resistance to heat and atmospheric agents.
ADDITIVE NS is suggested to increase the anchorage of COLOR INK NS to cast, bioriented and coextruded PP film (treated side, 40-42 dynes/cm) for the under-adhesive printing process of packaging tapes and to protective PE film, to be successively coated with RELEASE K100D.
It improves the thermal resistance of COLOR INK NS on PE films.
Add 4-5% of ADDITIVE NS to COLOR INK NS, stir well.
The pot-life of the inks after the addition of ADDITIVE NS is 2-3 days.
The cross-linking reaction takes a few hours after drying, so we suggest to check the anchorage after 24 hours from the printing process.
The product is supplied in iron drums (10 kg); iron drums (20 kg).
Store at temperatures between +20°C and +40°C in closed containers. Keep protected from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
