Description
ANTIOX ASX is a synergistic blend of three non-staining antioxidants, including a primary phenolic stabiliser, a thio-ester for the long term stability, and finally a phosphite, for the high temperature protection.
Application
This formula is specifically targeted to offer a wide range protection to elastomers and resins in solution. It can be used with adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesives, coatings, etc.
For solvent systems like natural rubber, SBR, chloroprene rubber, polyisoprene, butyl rubber, NBR, SIS, we recommend 0.30 - 0.50 pph (calculated on the polymer base).

Handling
ANTIOX ASX is a free flowing white powder, which has to be protected from wet environment to avoid agglomeration.
ANTIOX ASX is non-toxic and non-staining. It is completely soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons.
Packaging
The product is supplied in plastic bags (20 kg); fibre drums (50 kg).
Storing
The product shall be stored in cool and dry conditions, protected from humidity, heat, sunlight and water.
Once opened, each individual package should be used completely to avoid hydrolysis. Storage at elevated temperatures, exposure to direct heat and/or moisture could significantly decrease product shelf life.
Use within 24 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
