Description
PRIMER EPA W 9 is a water borne product, formulated with PU polymers. Its main application is for flexible packaging.
Application
The product is used as a primer for the printing and the metalization processes. It has to be applied on corona treated BOPP and PET films. The coated product has no residual tack.

Handling
Stir before use. The product can be applied by traditional coating methods: Meyer-bar, rotogravure, ecc. To increase the drying speed, a small amount of isopropyl alcohol can be added.
Recommended coating weight: 5 ÷ 7 g/m² wet.
Packaging
The product is supplied in iron drums (170 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
Storing
Store at temperatures between +5°C e +40°C. Protect from freeze.
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
